We are currently looking for moms to teach our classes all over Middle Tennessee! If you are a mom who is energetic and can motivate others, we are looking for you! There will be a training in Nashville on September 13th and 14th lead by Stroller Strides National Fitness Director, Farel Hruska, who will be coming from San Diego. I really enjoyed class today, I cannot begin to tell
you how much of a difference your Stroller Strides classes have
made to my life, I am so sad to be leaving! Thanks so
much. Stroller Strides is definitly the best thing for a
Mum to do to keep fit, make friends, and let her kid
socialise with babies her own age. I can truly say
Stroller Strides has not only helped me get back in
shape but Emma has had such fun playing with the other
babies too. Thanks Deena, Stroller Strides really made
my time in Nashville such fun, what a wonderful group

I am really writing to you to let you know how much I am enjoying your classes. I am only on week 2, workout 4, but I am having a ball! I appreciate all of the energy, enthusiasm, and variety you bring to EVERY class. I joined thinking it would be a fun social way to get a little exercise but you really PUSH us and I LOVE IT!!! I never dreamed those little bands could make me so sore.

I also love all of the other things that come along with Stroller Strides (mother's night out, playgroups, ect). I had no idea about those when I first visited but I am very grateful for them.

Keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
