Family Vacation
I will be out of town the week November 17-21, 2008 so there will be no classes held that week. We will be on a much needed family vacation.

Teacher Membership
This pass allows teachers to attend classes with all membership benefits during Summer Vacation or Off-Track times, as well as school holidays without having to put your membership on hold during the school year. A copy of a valid school ID and a current school calendar must be provided. The membership costs $150 and you pay NO REGISTRATION!
Payment & Refund Policy
Please choose your class package wisely. There are no refunds on packages or memberships. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS?
- Water bottle - Snacks for you and baby (drink for baby) - Sunscreen for you and baby - Yoga mat or large towel (for ab workout) - Stroller (does not need to be a jogger) - Blanket for baby(s) on chilly days
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
We will only cancel classes in extreme weather. We will work out in light drizzle. If you ever show up to a class and there is no instructor (and it's not cancelled due to weather), please call 916.750.5950 so that we may credit you a class. **I am working on getting an indoor facility at the same location for rainy days.
