Are you a mom? Do you want to get fit and stay in shape? Are you looking to get out and meet other moms and children in a healthy enviornment? Would you like to be a positive role model for your child?
If the answer is yes... Stroller Strides is for you!

Stroller Strides is not just a stroll through the park. Our 60 minute classes are a complete body workout. We combine power walking, body toning using exercise tubing (provided), ab work and stretching. All of our classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are also moms! The bonus is that your child is right there with you along for the ride. We welcome babies as young as 6 weeks. All strollers, except umbrella strollers, will work fine for workouts. Classes are ongoing, so come join us anytime. Your first week is free (first time participants only). These classes are sweeping the nation!

Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time, bring a mat or towel for ground exercises (we provide the tubing bands for our body toning) and don't forget to pack plenty of water!

Stroller Strides is proud to partner with LUNA in hosting the LUNA Moms Clubs. Each month, your LUNA Moms Club will host weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Click on our 'Luna Mom Playgroup' link above to see what is planned this month.

If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, a message will be posted on the website (www.strollerstrides.net/charlotte) and at 800.540.0745 by 7:30am the morning of class. If school is closed in Mecklenburg county, then class will also be cancelled.

Please keep your children in the stroller. For their safety number one and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.
