Stroller Strides is back with 2 FREE demo classes!
Our first winter class will be held at the Twin Peaks Mall on Monday, November 24th at 9am. This class is a free demo class to introduce you to the benefits of Stroller Strides. We will have goodie bags for all attendees!

New members, sign up for a Monthly Membership before January 1st and November and December are free! There is a $75 enrollement fee, after which you will receive your NEW MEMBER KIT. Each kit comes with a Stroller Strides Water Bottle, your own set of resistance bands, a Reusable Grocery Tote and discount coupons with our local partners. If you are already a member, monthly unlimited passes for November and December are only $25 combined!
You can also take advantage of our 2-for-1 membership special. The membership special will allow you and a friend to join as members and pay only ONE enrollment fee (that is a savings of $37.50), and then continue with the regular monthly fee for unlimited classes starting in January! If you are a current Stroller Strides member and you bring a NEW member that signs up, then no monthly fees for both of you until January!
As a monthly member, you receive the BEST VALUE on stroller strides classes. You can attend unlimited classes at any of our Longmont, Niwot and Tri-Town locations for only $55 a month.

Stride and Stretch- December 13- 9am- A 45 minute Stroller Stride class with 15 minutes of Mommy and Me Yoga following class.
Stride and Sculpt- Butts and Gutts- January 1- 9:30am- An amped up bun burning class for post New Years detox!
Fit Moms Challenge- Coming in February! We will be talking about your fitness goals in January and shaping a fun challenge around them to keep you motivated. This challenge will incorporate mind, body and soul goals for 2009!
What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout all while your child comes along for the ride. All strollers are welcome except umbrella strollers. The program is best suited for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old. In addition to a great workout, you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. Luna Moms Playgroups and Moms Night Out

Stroller Strides is proud to partner with LUNA in hosting the LUNA Moms Clubs. Each month, our LUNA Moms Club will host playdates, moms’ nights out and activities for you and your family. You do not have to be a participant of Stroller Strides to attend Luna Moms Club activities and there is no additional fee. Enjoy a relaxed and positive environment with other moms while playfully interacting with your babies--we would love to have you. Our monthly playgroup meets every Friday after class at 11am in varying locations. Our moms night activity meets on the 4th Thursday of the month.
