What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. Each class includes a power walk with body toning intervals using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. The classes are an hour long, with the last 10 minutes used for abs and stretching. Your first class is FREE and you can earn further free classes by introducing other new moms to the program. Evening Classes
If you would like to be a part of Stroller Strides, but you can't attend the morning classes then come to our new evening class. Classes are on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Stonebridge Ranch Beach and Tennis Club. The cost is $35/month plus a $75 registration fee (member bag included.) Your first class is free! Please register online or contact Leslie Cuevas at lesliecuevas@strollerstrides.net.
Teacher Class Pass
Introducing a new class pass for Stroller Strides of McKinney...This pass allows teachers ONLY to attend classes with all membership benefits during the summer, winter, and spring breaks, as well as school holidays. This pass is only $200 for the entire year! A copy of a valid school ID and a current school calendar must be provided. Pay four monthly payments of $50, plus a one time $75 registration fee (receive $25 off the registration fee if you join at your first class) or pay in full with NO registration fee!
Luna Moms Club
In addition to the classes, we are proud to host LUNA MOMS CLUBS, which are free playgroups for you and your baby. We offer playgroups/fieldtrips weekly, "Mom's Nights Out" once a month, and several community events throughout the year. You do not need to be a member of Stroller Strides to be a LUNA mom.
Inclement Weather Policy
Classes will possibly be moved indoors due to extreme weather conditions and/or temperatures below 45 degrees or above 90 degrees. If an indoor location is not available then class will be cancelled. Please check the main number at 1-888-777-1941 and press option #1 by 8:30 am if you are unsure of when the class location has changed or has been cancelled.
