PRENTAL FITNESS CLASSES COMING TO NINIBAMBINI IN BEDFORD
We will be starting an 8 week prenatal exercise class at NiniBambini in Bedford. The Fit To Deliver program is based on the belief that women can and should remain active during pregnancy – and in doing so, reap the rewards of a more comfortable pregnancy, easier delivery and a healthier baby. The practical program outlines exercises for each trimester focused on three key principles – Prevention, Preparation and Restoration. Tailored for different fitness levels and stages of pregnancy, the program incorporates postural reminders; stretching techniques; smart aerobic guidelines; strength training using BOSU, physioballs, bands and weights; core stability and nutritional information. The class will begin Monday night, January 5th from 5:30-6:30. Please register for the class ahead of time. Cost will be $120.00 for the session.

About the classes
Stroller Strides welcomes moms who have received clearance from their doctor typically after their 6 week checkup or possibly longer if they have had a c-section. When attending class bring water, an exercise mat or towel and dress in exercise appropriate clothing. Classes offer a stroller workout that combines power walking or running and intervals of body toning using the stroller, the environment and exercise tubing. It's a great way to get in shape, meet other new moms and have fun with your baby.
Class cancellation policy for winter classes
Please be aware that if the school district in the city where you would be attending class is cancelled or delayed then Stroller Stride's class is also cancelled. We will try and shoot out an email in the morning but you can also check online at numerous news and television station websites.
