Evening Class Now Forming!
Are you a working mom who would like an opportunity to get a great work out, make some new friends, and spend quality time with your baby? Join us starting September 15th, 2008 for our 6 week "Shape Up For the Holidays" Fall session.
Classes will be held at The Riverway Sports Park in Visalia on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm. Cost $140. Early Birds who register before September 10th save $10! Please contact Joelean Lambrecht for more info!

What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park! We offer a complete head to toe total body workout while your child comes along for the ride. In addition to a great workout you can meet some amazing new moms and kids. Our program also offers our Luna Mom Playgroup (at no additional cost) that consists of weekly playgroups after class, monthly moms night out activities and special community events. What to Bring
Please plan to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before start time, bring a mat or towel for ground exercises (we provide the tubing bands for our body toning) and don't forget to pack plenty of water!

Classes will be moved indoors due to adverse weather conditions. Indoor locations TBA.
