CLASS UPDATES
As many of you know it is the WINDY time of year at Porter Ranch. Classes will continue to be held at Holleigh Bernson Park, unless otherwise notified. If in the morning we see that we have "high wind warnings" we will email and post any updates on class changes, by 8:30AM. If you arrive at Holleigh Bernson Park and do not see an instructor and it is very windy, then we have moved the class location for that day. Our back-up park is Mason Park, located on Mason Avenue between Chatsworth and Devonshire streets. If you are unsure of where to go please call 1.800.514.1239. We appreciate your patience with these changes. THANK YOU!!!!!
THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE
Thanksgiving Schedule:
Tuesday, 11/25/08: Kristine Lopez will be teaching, but class will start about 5-10 minutes late Wednesday, 11/26/08: Kristine Lopez will be teaching at normal class time Thursday, 11/27/08: NO CLASS...Happy Thanksgiving!! Friday, 11/28/08: NO CLASS.....but try to get out and at least walk Tuesday, 12/2/08: Kristine Lopez will be teaching, but class will start about 5-10 minutes late Wednesday, 12/3/08: Class resumes normal schedule with Angela Iacobellis teaching.

Stroller Strides is not just a walk in the park. Our 60 minute classes are a complete head to toe workout. We combine power walking, body toning using exercise tubing (provided), ab work and stretching all while enjoying the beautiful outdoors. The bonus is that your child is right there with you along for the ride.
Your first class is FREE (first time participants only)!! What to bring: - Plenty of water for you and baby - Snacks for you and baby - Exercise mat or blanket for ab exercises - Sunblock!!!
Getting Started
Each new participant receives THE CLASS FREE to get started. Try out the classes, meet some of the other wonderful moms and children that attend and you'll be hooked! Soon it will become part of your daily routine (not valid with any other discounts offers, or promotions)!
ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS: Please keep your children in the stroller for their safety, since that is number one, and for everyone's full enjoyment of the class. All of the instructors truly appreciate your cooperation.
HELPFUL HINTS: 1) Please try to arrive at class 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows you to get your stroller out and get signed in.
2) Dress appropriately based on the weather. If it's hot - wear a hat, bring a squirt bottle, etc. Be creative and prepared!
3) At the end of class, we do abs and stretching. Take advantage of this time as strengthening our core is SO important, and stretching helps prevent injury. If you will not be joining in on abs and stretching exercises, please be sure be considerate of the other moms who will do them. There is plenty of time to chit chat after class.

PARTNER PRICING PROGRAM: What a better way to stay motivated - go to class with a friend. When you sign up together for our membership you will each receive HALF OFF the one time $75 joining fee. That's a $37.50 savings! Both parties must join together on the same day.
MEMBERS - EARN FREE CLASSES! Everytime you refer someone to any of our classes in the West Valley area you earn a $10 credit for yourself. How many people do you know that would love these classes? It can really add up for you. Start spreading the word!
Weather Concerns
We NEVER cancel our classes ahead of time due to the unpredictable weather in Southern California. Our instructors will always show up for class and then make the decision if weather is a concern. If in doubt, call us at (800) 514-1239 or check the website.
