What to bring to class
Be sure to bring lots of water for you and baby Sunscreen/hat Stroller (any other than umbrella) Mat or Towel for floor exercises Snacks or Toys for baby
What is Stroller Strides?
Stroller Strides is a one hour total body workout designed specifically for moms with stroller age children (6 weeks - 4 years), offering classes that combine power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing (we provide the tubing) AND your stroller. All strollers, except umbrella strollers will work fine. This is not just a stroll in the park but a workout that gets you striding into your best shape while spending time with your child and other moms.
Babies are Stroller Strides' priority, so don't worry if yours is fussy! Classes are taught by nationally certified instructors who are moms-- just like you--and structure the class so that moms can make baby happy and not miss out on the work out.
Whatever your fitness level, Stroller Strides will give you the work out you need. You create the intensity and Stroller Strides creates the fun for you and your baby.
Stroller Strides is more than a fitness class. An important part of the Stroller Strides program includes playgroups and other social activities for you, your baby, and your family, which is a great way for you and your child to make new friends!
